Morning All,
Still working toward a healthy lifestyle by eating better, less and exercising.  Did data entry work all day yesterday and drove four hours roundtrip.  I was a tired old woman yesterday.  However I did not eat poorly.  My only error was Ruffles onion ring flavored chips.  They were good.  My other foods were strawberry whey protein w/2% milk, pear, pure protein bar, 16oz water, coffee w/creamer, piece of chicken luncheon meat and slice of cheese.
Today I started out with Chai tea latte.  .  I put a peanutbutter and chocolate whey protein drink in the freezer for later.  I will have coffee w/creamer.  Grabbing a pkg of cheddar cheese crackers, an orange and a pear.  I will get more protein in solid form just haven't decided what.  I will add a couple of bottles of water to this menu. 

Must go to doctor today to get immunization for yellow fever since I plan to travel to Brazil and not sure where we will visit.  The doctor may feel it is unnecessary, but we shall see.
