Accountability - Sat., June 9, 2012
Yes I did!!! Got on the treadmill this morning for 22 minutes, worked on the ab lounger and rode my stationary bike. Why do I let myself stop? Yes my body will get use to the same routine but if I don't something even worse happens.
I will make myself do right. If memory serves me right, focusing on doing right and staying on track helped me to lose the weight in my early band stages. The band helps but I have to carry my own load.
