Day Four - Cleanse working well. No headache this morning so I decided to do the sal****er flush, 2 tsp sea salt and 32 oz warm water.
Drinking one bottle of master cleanse at a time which is 16 oz so that's what I listed on my food intake. I will probably drink about four so it will be my total calories 1,020 and carbs 276.4.
Planning to add exercising to my routine today. Hope all of you stick to whatever your plan is for the day.
