Its a beautiful day in my goal oriented neighborhood.  Hope u make yours beautiful too.
My menu is planned.  Doing well with fat, it had been very high and happy with protein and carb count.  Had to increase carbs but decreased fat.  In this case its a win, win.  What are your plans?
