So far we have dodged the snow.  Can't really complain we have not had bad weather this year.  Many of us have already taken our vitamins and starting drinking our liquid intake for this day.  A planned meal is usually less caloric and more apt to be followed.  Making wise choices is not always what we think of first but it never hurts to try.  My menu is as follows:
