Morning All,
Trying something new. Yeah again. I am going to post my food and then later post it after calculating it on fitday.com. Just a little exercise to see if I am lying to myself. You might try it too. Here goes:
Coffee and creamer
1 egg
3 pcs bacon
1 potato w onion
1/2 cup greek yogurt
pkg cheese pntbtr crackers
water
mixed greens salad
oil and vinegar dressing
Later I will calculate and let all know just how things added up. Plan to exercise today but don't have time right now.
