It's rainy but I have no soup  so my comfort will have to come from within.  In my menu today there is plenty room for solid protein, I just haven't decided what it will be.  Dinner is open but that is not necessarily a good thing. Vitamins taken, liquids good, exercise - oh well.  Here's my menu
