Hi all,
Posting later got busy and did was not sure about total meal plan. Thought I would easily go back to being a good bandster but haven't broken the chip habit yet. Hopefully today will be the last for a while. I hold myself accountable for the following foods today.
I forgot to take my vitamins early but did get them in. Only walking done today but planning for more exercise tomorrow.
