Well you know what today is  Preparation Day. I've started out with only 20 minutes on treadmill. 
For those of us that go crazy over the weekend, today we must tighten up our girdles or whatever to keep us from undoing all our weeks good deeds.  I'm going to a weany roast Sat so shooting for a high protein low carb day.  Planning crablegs and some other type of seafood for Sunday so I hope it will be a high protein low carb day that will help me through.  Here's my meal plan for today,
