Another rainy day.  That's the bad news, now for the good.  My menu is planned and I'm satisfied.  I've been reading more on how to eat well and feel full.  After almost 4 years u would think I got it down pat.    So as I continue trying things learned life is made easier.  Vitamins are taken and morning coffee w/unjury protein seems to be working well.  Here's the rest of the story.
