Hope u started ur Mon doing all u need to do to get where u want to go.  I started with 30 min yoga and 30 min body electric.  Drank a 16.9 oz bottle of water and took my vitamins. 
Got my carbs down a little from yesterday but not under 100. I will strive for that tomorrow.  Here's what I ate.  What did u eat?
