All,
Got a late start this morning so no yoga, no body electric. However I did squeeze in 15 minutes on the treadmill.
Snacky type meals planned for today.  Will probably add some protein later in my coffee before bedtime.  Sticking to decaf but find that I like a warm drink in morning and at night.  Here's my menu, what about you?
