Had a busy start to my day yesterday. Met up with old friend. Happy to stay that I stayed on track. Did not get any dedicated exercise time but did a great deal of walking. Here's what I ate. What about you?
Carbs were great, calories even better but fat content a litlle high. Overall I am satisfied. Sometimes you don't realize the restriction you had until you lose it.
