I was just so tired yesterday when that food and bed took priority. Worked on lowering my carbs and did better.  Calories and protein went up a little.  Still exercising daily and taking my vitamins.  Did not drink decaffinated coffee yesterday but I will not slip up with the caffine continually.  Should not have snacked on popcorn and peanuts either.
