I'm carrying enough gas to drive for miles.  Omeprezole, tums and bromelin are definitely on the menu.  Got up 3:30 this morning with belly ache.  Otherwise all is ok.  Taking vitamins and exercising.  I will survive.  Then what did I crave, black beans?    So here's my menu for today.
