Still hanging in there.  Working hard to keep calories down.  No problem taking vitamins and drinking liquids. Did not exercise yesterday but I did workout on my treadmill and stationary bike.  Bought the Ab Rocket, got it on sale so bought two, one of course to sell.  This is what I ate yesterday.
