The Next Phase
Tomorrow, August 8th I begin the next phase of my weight loss journey. Some do it right the first time, following the rules, going in getting their fills, unfills, and whatever else people that don't have the band need to have checked. I had a minor setback due to insurance or the lack thereof. Now its time for the next phase of starting over with the blood work, tests and the evaluation of where I stand. Setting the pattern to real my goal.
Hope all of you are doing well and wish me well in this phase to complete my weight loss journey then move on to maintenance.

Sorry to hear about your dad. I wondered what happened to you and how things are going for you right now. I know you are satisfied with your new doctor how are u with the new surgery.
Sorry to say that had to get a complete unfill. I have swelling around my band and this is the cheapest way to start finding out why. Taking omeprezole to reduce some of the gas. Band will be unfilled at least two months. Praying all is well. They called it achalasia. Scared me pootless, I am better now but still have my moments.
