The weather was a little better so what did you do?  I took advantage by pulling up the squash and green bean remains, spaded the area and picked okra and some tomatoes.  Worked a little on the pool then got my butt back inside before the sun came up.  Food choices were better.  Carbs are high but protein and fat in good range.  Its so hard to keep it all balanced but I'm worth it.  Here's what I ate Friday.  How did you start your weekend?
