Fri, 7/22/11 - What Did U Eat Yesterday?
Can u believe as much as I harp on taking vitamins, water and exercise, protein first. Yeah well yesterday I fell short everywhere. Just doing this and that and forgot my vitamins, fell short on water, no exercise - well except the garden and short on protein. Now the carbs, they went buck wild. My daughter called after I had gone to bed so I got up talked to her and that's where it all went to the . I guess I should have said zoo. If I had been paying attention it could have been avoided. My protein was low and so was my calories, I really was hungry but stupid me I ate 15 circus peanuts and sent carbs and calories out the wazoo instead of protein. Moral of the story, if you wake up late in the night, DON'T FEED THE ANIMAL. Feed the successful loser, choose wisely.
