Does your body does the dump? I mean you eat well, take your vitamins do a little exercise, drink your water and nothing happens. Then just when you start to give up. You dump some pounds. Yes, its a test to see if you are going to hang in there. We must not give up on ourselves and our success. Whether the scale moves today, tomorrow or even next week.
