Its Friday and we should all prepare to prevent weekend excessive eating. The first thing is to prepare well in advance. If eating out plan what you willl have and where you will go. These few tips helps keep you aware of potential dangers. I'm preparing hope you are too. Here's what I ate yesterday,Thursday, yeah those nuts on the end blew me over the top. That's what late night snacking will do.
