Ooops... Got busy and did not exercise yesterday. As always, worked in the garden and flower beds. I am doing well with my basics. I have ordered several protein snacks to aid with my weightloss success. Also trying to inculcate good eating habits with regular foods. My biggest hurdle is eating out. I remember that in my first year we did not eat out much and I was afraid. Now that the fear is gone, the love of a smaller me needs to kick in. Anyway that's my take on the matter. Friday, July 8
B. 1/2 c. Cheerios with strawberries (good beginning) decaf coffee
L. Oriental House Chinese buffet- hot & sour soup, shrimp & veggies, only 1 crab rangoon, the bes****ermelon of the summer
D. Protein shake, vanilla with strawberries & 1/3 bananna

Had another session of water therapy- marvelous.  The least pain today that I think I've had since my broken ankle ordeal. Happy Week-end to All!
