Getting on a plan to exercise daily for two weeks, eating better and working my tool to best of my ability. Here's what I ate yesterday.
Today my 2 week program begins. Best wishes to me and all of you. I'm going to drink my water, take my vitamins, protein at least 70gms and work with my prayers to do better.

Greetings, Z, Dawn & whoever else may be reading this. Well, it's been awhile since I've been on board. Z, you are one of the most faithful people I know. Dawn, good to see you checking in. I went to water therapy today & can't wait to go again this Friday. Then it's Mon. & Weds. the rest of the summer. It's now official- a 20 pound gain since Feb. 24. Today, has been a great day and the beginning of getting back to a new normal, but the scale this morning was extremely discouraging. That's ok. As Scarlett said in GWTW, "Tomorrow is another day" and for that I am thankful and hopeful. I plan to post today's menu tomorrow. Meanwhile, my friends, take nothing or anyone for granted. Count your blessings & consider the challenges of life merely learning experiences that are only temporary- if we let them.

Glad u r back Jeanie. Its always good when you come home and fine friends and family are still there. What's twenty pounds between friends. We gain some pounds but we lose even more. Life is good, we are going to enjoy it getting back on track and dealing with all lifes situations as best we can. Best part is that we are alive to deal with things. The scale can be discouraging today but on other days we post what the scale said to people we don't know. Ain't life grand.
