Tues, What Did You Eat Yesterday?

Well yesterday I did the big no no.  Was tired and hungry.  Just wanted to snack.  So I got in the bed with my laptop and then the trouble began.  Retrieved a peppermint patty from the freezer.  Thought it would settle me down.  That was no good.  Got the box of chicken flavored crackers.  Yeah the box. My mind knows that only 27 crackers are a serving so, God is Good.  I only ate my limit.  Eating them was not smart but not keeping track would have been worse.  Self control did help me not sabatoge myself.  I know my wls will work for me if I work with it.  Here's what I ate Monday.
