Sun, 6/26/11 - What Did You Eat Yesterday?
Why did I only drink half my protein shake. The whole shake would have been at least close to my carbs. But noooooooo. I at chips. Yes within my calorie range but once again not making the best of my calories. Why do I complain? It is so easy for me to snack more and do right less. If I don't complain the bad choices not only remain but increase. Journaling helps me to be accountable for my actions, positive or negative. Here's what I ate yesterday.
