Yesterday was ok.  Got the pool up and running, then it rained.  Hope all of you did ok too.  This is what I ate yesterday.

I had some trouble today with food.
I had coffee after cottage cheese nd apple sauce for breakfast- which was suuuuuper since I made homemade waffles wtih whipped cream and strawberries for my family.
For lunch I had two chicken tenders from Zaxby's and that is where it went wrong....they did not agree- chewed well maybe too fast. I was a birthday party and had no cake or ice cream. yeah me!!
Since the did not agree I did not eat a thing until 7.5 hours later- peanut butter on whole wheat crackers (a go to food for me when feeling icky). I had 5 open face.
I had that tiny bowl of banana pudding I was talking about yesterday and that is it.

Not too good getting my foods in, but I have had good fluids and ok meds and vits.

I have tuna salad for lunch with celery and cucumbers for tomorrow. I will pack a protein bar for pm snack. And I KNOW I will have cottage cheese for bfast and then coffee to drink thur the am.

My band is has always hated hard fried chicken, which I love so if I'm not exceptionally careful. I get stuck.  If it is very moist I enjoy it.  Don't need the skin anyway.  Congrat on no cake and small bowl of banana pudding.Take care,
