Just reporting to say protein up, fat down.  Took my vitamins and worked on the pool.  However carbs and calories up.  Got a little carried away yesterday with snacking.  Today will be better. This is what I consumed yesterday.

I had a good week. Lookiing back at my weeks before this I see what I was eating that was not good. I was eating sweets...cake, cookies...not alot but enough to add up. It may sound strange, but it is kinda good it happened.  I had to have a wake up call...I am human and cannot eat and eat and eat without ramifications. 
So,  I am working my tool and went down 5 pounds. I KNOW that the success was due to dilligence and very few carbs.  I would like to loose 2.5 -5 more and I will be happy.2.5 will put me where I was stable for months, 5 at my lowest I was stable at.   I am a bit below what doctor set for me and he told me not to loose more. I know where I could BUT I also know where I was. And, being thankful to be where I am now I try real hard NOT to dwell on not being skinny...i remind myself how healthy I am and to remember that is what it is about.  
 I have decided Saturdays will be my relax some days but I did not go crazy I got lots of protein in and that is the key for me.
Tomorrow being Father's day I made a special dessert for my hubby and I will eat a few bites but will not eat more than that. I have these really little bowls and will use one of those... heck I might lick it clean...j/k.
  So I will post tomorrow my foods and how I am doing. Hope your weekend is a good one.
