here is my today...
BREAKFAST
1/2 c cottage cheese , 1/2 c applesauce, coffee with cream
LUNCH
1/2c cottage cheese, 5 cucmber slices, 3 grape tomatoes, 1 mini twix for 50 calories
Snack: SMALL banana
later coffee
DINNER
3oz chicken breast, grilled, 1/3 stalk celery, 3 slices cucumber, two bites mashed potatoes and watermelon
Not bad not great...gotta cut my cream in my coffee....but got all vitamins in and meds too.

L: cheeseburger with extra pickles and unsweet tea from McDonalds
S: 6 crackers with pnut butter
D: 1 grilled chicken wrap with no sauce
S: 1/2 banana and handful of almonds
I had a Dr. appt today then straight to work so the fast food killed me today!
