Yesterday was day two of convention so kinda constipated.  Sitting long periods of time not good for my sluggish system.  Otherwise things went well.  I still get up in time to work on the garden a little but no other exercise except walking around the convention site visiting, nothing called exercise.  Here's what I ate yesterday:
