R u beating the heat.  Eating lite helps you to keep cool. I take my vitamins early.  I drink water first thing in the morning and then later drink powerade zero, coffee and tea.  The start of the day style I use works for me.  Early morning exercise helps assure that I will exercise.  What works for you?
