Day two of exercise.  Yah me.  I did the first round of P90X UML and survived.  Today I did 40 minutes on hip hop abs.  I am so happy.  Drinking my water, taking my vitamins and will boost up my protein.  That's my plan for June - November, what's yours?  Here's what I ate yesterday.
