Still going strong.  Got my mind on board.  Only worked in garden this morning but did do 40 min of hip hop abs yesterday. I plan to get on treadmill tonight after it cools down. Have not turned on air yet.  Yes, I am drinking liquids, taking vitamins, eating my protein and exercising.  Will it work for me? Yes.  Will it work for you? Yes.  When I say work that means the weight will come off and I will lose inches.  Slowly for me but not necessarily that way for you.  Try it, you'll like it.
