Opps I forgot to post.  I did journal but got busy and did not transfer the entry.  Wednesday went well for me.  Hope you can say the same.  Thought about doing the Extreme Fat Smash Diet but need to get my mindset to exercising more before I tackle that project.  Did quite a bit of walking since it was pretty nice outside.  My garden is looking good with all this rain, so I planted additional green beans.  Planning to get on treadmill today, drink my water and take my vitamins.  Working on keeping protein up too.  What about you?
