Ate pretty well yesterday if I have to say so myself.  Still in the doghouse with regards to my exercising.  I did do a little walking and gardening but not enough to make a difference.  Planning to read Extreme Fat Smash Diet book, picking it up from the library today.  Decided to read it and see if I will do the exercises before I commit.  Hope you all stick to your plan.  Here's what I ate yesterday.
