Did I lose my mind?  You betcha.  Was doing good all day.  Thought I had it under control.  Started thinking about the baked chips that have been in the truck of the car for several months.  Just kept obsessing about them.  Got them and ate the whole .9 ozs.  Well, you know how that effected my calorie count.  I was not happy until I ate the whole bag. Enough said.
Today I plan to do better.  Why didn't I just get on the treadmill and exercise my time away?  Here's the other foods I ate yesterday?  What about you?
