Sat. 5/14/11 - What Did U Eat Yesterday?
I'm still here. Fighting late night snacks. Though of another remedy besides keeping bad food out of the house. Make room for the snack. Save it for later. You know you want it. There are plenty of times that I don't have to eat all my allotted food. If I would just save it for later, I'd be eating better. Or I could just throw it away and wait to eat what I wanted later. For me this could work. How about you?
