Good Morning,
And it really is a good one.  Yesterday I ate correctly, drank more water than lately, took my vitamins.  Fell short on my exercising but still jumping for joy.  Looks like we r n for a little rain today but that will not keep me from my goal.  Don't forget, today is only FRIDAY, not a license to take a vacation from our good eating routine.  We do not work hard all week to sabatoge ourselves on the weekend. Here's what I ate yesterday, what about u?
