Mon. 5/2/11 - What Did You Eat Yesterday?
Morning All,
Life's much better today, maybe some of the storms have died down and people needing help will receive it. I've sung the rain go away song so that at least my vegetable garden can b planted. What are your plans?
This is day 2 of May. Will you start a new routine or continue with the one you have successfully mastered. Is it time to pump up your exercises? Whatever your goals, review them and tweak where necessary. Think I will have to peak again at this post for myself.

Greetings! Well, what I ate yesterday? Hmm.... let's see if I remember...
B. 3-4 oz. Cheerios with a little 2% & a little sugar, Chai Tea latte on way to church
L. Breakfast Bar at Frischs, not tooout of control- biscuit & gravy put me over the top
D. small green salad, cream of broccoli soup- 3-4 oz.
Snax: mini bag pop corn
I continue to do better with therapy. My goal is to get to gym Tuesday morning, hubby still driving me ( he often calls me Miss Daisy) and ride a bike & do some upper body work. Walking now with a 4 pronged cane, my gait has greatly improved in recent days & I still hope to be dancing by the 1st of June.
Z, I continue to admire your faithfulness. Keep pressing forward!

Thanks Jeanie. I was wondering how things were going. Walking with four prong cane today, dancing tomorrow. Wish I had a reason not to exercise but just gotta get motivated. Still seems that I get one thing going well and fail on two or three other things. My constant since my band has been taking my vitamins and not drinking with meals. It seems that my intake is better when a protein shake is part of my menu. Went buckwild eating yesterday. May has not started off well. However we shall overcome this too.
