It was all junk.  Know that stress got the better of me.  Went to nephew's visitation, worked in the yard and preferred comfort snacking to smart eating.  Yesterday was the end of April.  Starting anew for May.  Hope all have a happy Sunday.  Here's what I ate yesterday   what about you?
