Good Morning,
Tornado warnings and thunder storms keep me on alert but still trying to keep on track.  Getting back to a routine.  Carbs are still high, haven't did a recent weight check and haven't exercised.  First plan for today is drinking my first quart of water to start the day.  Hope you have a plan you are going to follow too.
