Fri. 4/15/11 - What Did You Eat Yesterday?
Did a lot of walking in the ministry yesterday making sure all in the area got an invitation to our annual memorial of Jesus death to be held on April 17th after sundown worldwide by Jehovah's Witnesses. I'll count it as my exercise. Worked up an appetite but did not get snacky until arund 11 pm. What wes your day like? Did you get stressed and eat a little or a little less? Our you taking your vitamins? It really does help with curbing the appetite in my case. Here's what I ate. What about you?
