Have a happy Tuesday. It is sunny in my part of Kentucky. Got up this morning and planted tomatoes, squash, okra and bell peppers. May get on the ab lounger today too. Vitamins taken and menu should work well today. Now yesterday is another story. Good intentions did not go far. However I did stay within my caloric limits. This is what I ate:
