Hi All,
Things must be going well.  Glad to know it.  Hope all are enjoying the fine opportunity we have today to make the best of our weightloss decision and to encourage others.
Got most of my goals accomplished yesterday.  What were your goals and did you accomplish them?

Just curious, are you copying and pasting this from somewhere else?  I need to learn to track my food but don't have a program to use.

I have tracked my food on fitday.com since weightloss surgery.  Many others use daily plate and say it is easier.  I have personally loaded all the foods that I eat, it did not have them.  Its old had now.  I track weightloss, mood, activities and the like.  Try it you may like it or try some of the others.  Wishing you the best.
