Another sunny day and of course it's FRIDAY. Hope your week has been good and that your weekend will be better. Planning cannot be stressed enough. If left to our on devises, well.... you know what will happen.
You know the drill, drink plenty of water, take your vitamins, eat protein first,chew slowly and last but not least exercise.
Here's what I ate yesterday, what about you?

Checkin' in. It's been hard to get on here this week. Staying online for very long is a little tiring, but I do continue to think about eating right. Back on track with vitamins. Biggest shortfall is probably getting in enough water. Getting up & down in such a pain in the neck or foot, I should say, I probably subconsiously fail to get in all the liquids so that I don't have to be up so often. That said, here's what yesterday looked like:
B. After therapy, Wild Eggs- 1 egg over light, 1/2 everyday muffin, 3 bites of grits, water
L. Green salad- delicious (thanks to hubby)
D. An old favorite, ground beef, rice, tomatoes, yellow pepper, onion , cheese- YUM
Snacks: 3-4 oz. vanilla/chocolate ice cream, 10 mini pretzels
Getting more & more exercise with therapy. Seeing my Lapband surgeon in a couple of weeks.

Glad u checked n Jeanie. I was hoping things were going ok with your ankle. There is nothing like a good DH. Is everything with your band going ok? I plan to see my surgeon or somone in his office some time next month when I go to a summer feeding progarm near their office to do bookwork. Happy that therapy is helping you in your recovery.
