Yeah, I'm still here, following the calorie intake on fitday.com and it tells me if I log everything and keep my calories as directed my goal will be achieved on my bandanniversary.  So my post continues.  Yesterday was no exercise.  However it was nice outside so walking was added to my routine.  How was your menu yesterday?  Here's mine.
