Tues 3/29/11 = What Did U Eat Yesterday?
Monday started out a little nippy and windy but just got better as the day went on. My eating followed the same pattern. I woke up hungry and thought of all kinds of things to eat but started my day with water and vitamins got my hunger under control and it just worked itself out. Some days we know what to do and others, well u know.
