Oops, thought I posted yesterday.  The mind is the first thing to go.  It's never the weight.  Hope you all had a great Sunday.  Since I make time for learning about and giving praise to God everyday, I do allow myself to work on Sunday's too.  So after Sunday meeting, I worked in the yard digging, mulching and the like.  Then rubbed down so that I could rest last night.  I did ok with food as you will see, need strength so my snack of choice was dark chocolate covered raisins.  The protein shake scheduled would have done a lot more for me but all is well.  Here's what I ate yesterday.  What did you do and what did you eat?

 Getting out in the yard on a sunny day sounds like work, but I know it's rewarding too- looking forward to it soon, I hope!
Here's what my Sunday looked like:
B. So excited about getting out & going to church, I forgot to eat- had 2 c. coffee & then a Chai Tea Latte
L. Those church ladies sure can cook! A little meat loaf, green beans, mashed potatos, beans & corn bread & a small piece of walnut cake- delicious!
D. 3-4 oz. chili, & 1/2 c. pasta salad- I made both with a little help from hubby
Snax: 3 pieces of mini Reese's cups
It's a beautiful day in the neighborhood! Hope everyone enjoys the lovely sunshine!

Glad u got out Jeanie.  Seems like the hubby is a good helper, congrats.  Don't mention cornbread.  I gain every time I eat it and that's too often in the winter.  Happy u  r steadily improving.
