Still tracking what u eat? A question some may ask. Many have lost their weight, are maintaining good and have it in their heads what to eat without mayhem.
For those who are prone to error and need a safety precaution, daily journaling and keeping a watchful count helps.
Being a early riser journaling my intake is part of my morning ritual. What is your ritual regarding watching what u eat?
Here's what I ate yesterday. Planned more protein but was not hungry for it.

Z, you continue to inspire me! A busy week, I haven't gotten to post every day. My physical therapy is helping me get in some exercise, and I do continue to watch the portions. Here's what Friday was like:
B. 3-4 oz. Fiber One cereal, milk
L. Mohito's 2 beautiful seared scallops, small green salad
D. left over Oriental Chicken salad from Thursday lunch
snax: 1 fudgesickle, 12 sm. pretzels
Looking forward to Sunday morning, getting out for church! Happy Week-end to All!
