Thurs. 3/24/11 - What Did U Eat Yesterday?
Yesterday started well. I had high hopes, a good menu, drank my water, took my vitamins. U may ask what went wrong? Nothing went wrong but poor judgment stepped in. Too few calories in the morning led to night craving. Unfortunately I had veggie chips in the house. Took a few to snack and finished up the bag. That is good and bad. Good that I don't have any and will not purchase them again for a while. Bad is of course the calories. Got back to workouts today (conscious worked on me).
