Good Morning All. I have really been hanging in a grey area. You know what that is, like not doing as well as u should but not too bad. For me, it's like playing russian roulette. A bullet could go off at anytime and cause some serious damage to my plans to lose the additional weight for my satisfaction. How about u? Yesterday I continued to do better. Moderation when it comes to snack like foods is a major problem for me. It would be ideal if I would eliminate them. However that desire is not on the table at this time. So I work for control until then if ever.
So I'm drinking my water, taking my vitamins. I have not brought my workouts back yet but plan to work on the treadmill tonight. Here's what I ate yesterday? What did u eat?

 Keep on keepin' on, Ms. Z.  Journaling helps keep us honest & accountable- you can break out of the grey & into the green (as in GO) as you keep pressing on!
What did I eat yesterday?
B. Wild Eggs after physical therapy- 1 egg over light, 2 oz. grits 1/2 Everything muffin
L. Green salad with chopped apples
D. Pasta salad (I MADE IT MYSELF) sm. shell, chopped egg, frozen peas, chopped ham, onion cheddar cheese Tried to keep portion small, but it was probably close to a cup.
Snax: 10 small pretzels, fudgesicle
You'd think with as little food as I'm eating, that I'd be losing weight, but I don't think so.  Will try to get on scale today.  Physical therapy started yesterday and already I can see improvements in my leg.  After an ankle injury, it's the whole leg that has to get working again.  Here we go!

Glad to hear u r improving and that the physical therapy is working well for you.  Now is not the time to worry about the scale just get your leg and ankle back on track and you will get the rest in working order.  The scale is in sight.  That enough for now.  Best wishes on your full recovery.
